Authors or their institutions may be responsible for covering article processing charges (APCs) upon acceptance of their manuscript, which is 150.000 Iraqi Dinars for Iraqi authors, and it is free of charge for all other international researcher. Iraqi authors might qualify for partial or full fee exemptions, subject to editorial approval.
